If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you can apply for arbitration at The General Conciliation Body of the German government (Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V.) to settle disputes between you and Stadtwerke Pirna GmbH in the area of campsite operation.
